Deleting your account

Delete account lives in the app, in Settings. After the service confirms deletion, the app clears this phone and returns you to the welcome screen. You do not need to email us to do it.

Getting your data

Conversation history is stored on your phone. Your profile and diary titles and summaries sync with your account, and messages are sent to the service so Spirit can reply. For questions about your data or to request a copy, write to the address above.
